The Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) now operates the Santa Ana Immigration Court in Southern California. The Santa Ana Immigration Court is expected to include 22 Immigration Judges. Currently, there are four immigration judges at the Santa Ana immigration court. These include:
The honorable Terese Tadros-Ibarra. Judge Tadros-Ibarra earned a BA in 1999 from Montclair State University and a JD in 2003 from Seton Hall University School of Law. Previously, she was a supervising attorney at the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and worked as a private immigration attorney prior to that.
The honorable Victoria A. Levin. Judge Levin earned a BA in 1988 from Wellesley College, a MA in 1995 from Boston College, and a JD in 2004 from the University of Arizona College of Law. Previously, judge Levin was an attorney for the Department of Homeland Security representing the government in removal proceedings.
The honorable Andrea M. Siebert. Judge Siebert Andrea M. Siebert earned a BA in 1996 from Macalester College and a JD in 2008 from CUNY School of Law. From 2012 to 2021, she was an attorney for the Department of Homeland Security, representing the government in removal proceedings.
The honorable Jason R. Waterloo. Judge Waterloo earned a BS degree in 2004 from the Pennsylvania State University and a JD in 2007 from the West Virginia University College of Law. From 2014 to 2018, was an attorney for the Department of Homeland Security, representing the government in removal proceedings.
