The Court

In this case, the immigration judge chose to deny the asylum application of Attorney Yekrangi’s client based on inconsistencies in the findings. However, under review by the appellate court, Ashkan Yekrangi advocated on behalf of his client to a three panel judge to highlight that, in fact, there were no inconsistencies in his clients case and findings of the immigration judge and Board of Immigration Appeals was incorrect.
