Well, my story started with that I had to find a lawyer to help me achieve the impossible in my immigration; most lawyers I saw before basically gave me no hope about my situation. Ashkan was the only one who listened to my situation carefully, analyzed it thoroughly, and then gave me predictions of every aspect of the reliefs he could file for me. He was very rational about the chances of each one and told me that we can apply for all possible things that could help me. Ashkan help my husband and I with my application for change of immigration status from DACA to a green card residency thru marriage. He was very informative and helpful with the entire process. I needed to do two different applications for the entire process and it took less than a year to become a legal resident. First I had to apply for advance parole to be able to leave the US and come back which was approved in about a month, after that was done the next step was the change of status application which we mailed in mid November, our interview was scheduled for Jan 9, Ashkan came with us to the interview and a week later I had received my green card in the mail which is good for 10 years which was nice, we apply after being married for 2 years.
